Infinimedia

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of updates (and the fact there are still some bugs in this layout, we’ve been busy on client work. sorry.). However we do have some good news. Castvertising is approaching completion. If you’re looking for a sneak peak, keep your eyes peeled, we should have a few teaser screenshots this week.

Also if you are a podcaster, and are interested in having us host your podcasts, and earn revenue, please email me breslin[at]infinimedia.com as we are trying to get some people lined up for our private beta testing period.

For those of you who have dealt with infinimedia in the past, and I mean late 90s, you know that we ran a pretty popular mac site: mac-mania.com which later evolved into macinstart.com (I wanted to build a portal, hah!).  So anyway, we’ve got a lot of old domains piling up and I figured its time to revive them.  A LOT has changed since we initially started those sites, and we probably could have generated a fair amount of passive income from those domains over the last few years had we monetized them properly.

With that in mind, we think we’ve got a killer idea for you, the adoring public, to try out. We’ll be unveiling the network of sites this weekend hopefully. We’re building mini communities around them and loading them up with the tools you need to express and interact with each other.  So stay tuned, we’ve got a bunch of announcements coming over the next week.

The infinimedia team is off to Texas for the next four days for the SXSW interactive conference. None of us will be speaking this year, but maybe next year.

We are aware of the problems with the design, it is far from finished, but we are working on it as quickly as possible.
