EF Tours: Traveler Connect Case study

The problem Education First was looking to increase their engagement with their customers and boost their customer retention. They came to us looking to dive into Facebook and reach their customers where they were hanging out. Our Approach We analyzed their situation, and realized we needed to help them establish better bonds with their customers. We also realized they needed to more importantly establish better bonds between their customers. Facebook allowed us to build these bonds and engage the customers in ways previously unavailable to them. Our Solution Through our engagement with EF we were able to build a community within a community inside Facebook. Users were able to discuss their tours, share photos, videos, and plan their trips with their fellow travelers. Thousands of travelers have joined, posting thousands of messages, and uploading tens of thousands of photos and videos of their trips.
